I know I am a few days late on this but sometimes it takes a little time for thoughts to form and spawn and all that kind of stuff.
Anyway, I happened to see the Tigers Woods press conference after he quit his latest tournament allegedly due to an "out of the blue" new injury when he started playing bad.
There is one question posed to him as to what he should do with his (now wretched) swing. He responds with a smile and says something like , "Don't hit it right. Don't hit it left."
The golf writers in the crowd then laugh hysterically. Like HYSTERICALLY. Like it was the best joke ever told.
Truth be told, the joke wasn't all that funny. Maybe it was worthy of a grin if you really wanted to be generous.
These hacks laughed hysterically.
I know that these guys feel they are beholden to Tiger but at the end of the day, I think they still hold the title of "reporter" and/or "journalist". I thought "reporters" were supposed to be "objective" and "neutral" which I don't think includes fawning over your subject.
Embarrassing.
TMZ Golf would be better.
They laughed HYSTERICALLY!

Well if he was taught a better way to swing and he does know how to swing (obviously) then got lazy with his swing and then his swing failed him.... then he wouldn't have to withdraw/pull out due to a bad swing and a bulge.
Suddenly I have a flashback to a certain Warrant music video where Jani Lane says, "swing it to the left, swing it to the right....She's my cherry pie".
LAME-O-pointless insight on a TIGER SWING JOKE! hahaha Golf reporters! I am French....I poop on you and your silly media.
I really need to stop taking this soma for my lower back pain. It's making me want to gel instead of swing.
I like the fire-extinguisher in that video.
I am French (Canadian) too. My mother's first language was French. I stick with English though.
