The guy in the blue jersey must really enjoy grabbing the nuts of the player laying down. He's grabbing them with his right hand. While the guy in the white jersey behind him is well... rather "relieved".
I had a hard time processing the actions of the blue and black guy too.
Maybe they did need to be hosed down.
Europeans really do "feel the love".
