Per an unattributed article in the Pioneer Press, a St. Paul Minneapolis congressman, Dave Thune, had this to say to visiting officials from Nagasaki, Japan; St. Paul's "sister city".
"My daughter is a roller girl who skated for the Atomic Bombshells which is kind of interesting."
Otaaaay.
Well, I guess every city council has one.
Of course, one member of the visiting Nagasaki delegation was too polite to tell Mr. Thune that his daughter skates for the Pearl Harbor Kamikazes team.
Some things you just keep to yourself.
