I couldn't tell you how microwaves work

I just press buttons until I think the food is hot.

General rule of thumb: melting = done.

(I do stay away from the "defrost" button because I know that can't be what I need)

I have heard that in some cultures....

....they clean the inside of their microwaves every now and then.

Don't want to stereotype but it's really hard to believe we could have ANY common ground with people like that.
