A bargain at twice the price!
Time since last murder - good metric for too many places. Recently I drove my sister over to a less than desirable area where she took a few pictures of old houses from her past. I said to her, "if anyone ask what you are doing here, tell them you are researching a murder. They probably will ask which one."
