In the States, you gotta go quite out into the "country" to hear people talking about "fake news" and those roads out there are usually not paved so rain makes them muddy so "fake news" people usually already know that rain makes roads wet if you follow me.
That newsflash was on Fox News so maybe the idiots who are watching will believe it because of the source. If they're getting their news from Fox in the first place they probably need to be informed that rain makes things wet.
