I would have gladly endorsed this model that summer I lived in an apartment block where little bastards pulled the fire alarm every bloody night!
oh gee what could possibly go wrong with this idea? Here's a modern twist of this idea. Any person reporting sexual harassment will be confined until investigators can get around to looking into the report.
