The Beav was always a little fashion plate.
I remember watching that episode with friends in the mid 1970's. Beaver was getting severely disciplined for wearing that shirt to school and my friends were saying "what is wrong with that shirt?". I said, this show was made 20 years and people didn't walk around like that like we do now. Education lesson that day.
