Here's an apron. Kitchen's over there. Utensils and knives are back there. Some might need sharpening. Feel free.
No workers comp provided so don't hurt yourself.
20% gratuity to server is mandatory too.
I am your server and will serve your drinks. We sell Pepsi products.

I used to go to a Korean restaurant in Winnipeg where you DID cook your own main course on a "genghis khan" BBQ right on your table. It was a lot of fun and very delicious! Oddly enough, the restaurant was called "Tokyo Joe's." Never quite figured that out particular disconnect.
We have a "Tokyo" restaurant around here owned by Koreans.
