Hey "people that can cook"!
I used a brand of soy sauce for a dish that was other than the brand specified on the recipe on the back of the soy sauce bottle.
Should I concerned about botulism?
I've got it all cooked up but I'm keeping it in a "holding pattern" for now to be safe.
Kind of hungry too.
