What kind of store or building is this in front of? It's really cool.
I wish I could tell you but the only information I have on it is that it is somewhere in Paris.
Not that it matters but I think it sits below street level as I think the stairs lead to the street. It also doesn't get much traffic as there are no footprints in the snow.
