Especially if you toss in a "the F" between CALM and DOWN.
Then it's "CALM DOWN!" on steroids.
Al - that's my favourite expression - with "the F" between!
Ah...I'm feeling so much calmer now...those soothing words have a way of doing that to me! (said while topping up the gin neat w/3 olive - the other "calming" influence)
