It seems to me to be a stupid comment for several reasons:
1) If I was using netflix I'd be at home. most homes come equipped with toilets.
2) The only reason I stumbled into your shithole of building is to well...shit. Had the bathroom been open I might have felt compelled to buy a candy bar or a used DVD.
I had a similar thought.
The sign chastises a customer for actions of non-customers.
It is also self-destructive. Kind of like of when a cop shoots an inner-city kid to death and the people rise up and burn their own neighborhood down.
