I'm with you. Although Michael Steel was a disaster, when I saw this on the news this morning, I had the same reaction as you. At least we knew how to pronounce Steele's name. Isn't "Priebus" a type of car? And doesn't "Reince" have too many vowels? Plus, I don't think the RNC needs to have a chairman whose first name is too close to the spelling for "Prince."
Prince, Primus, Tom Phoebus, The "P" car (the name escapes me as well), Rance Mulliniks etc. All more "normal".
Geez, Al Penwasser sounds better. Even for a pseudonym.
