I never leave a restaurant without waiving to the waiter


I do this in lieu of a tip.

I don't want my new-found friend to think our relationship is strictly cash-based.

You can't cultivate personal relationships that way.

I usually will leave a tip on how to perform service if they give us piss poor quality service.
