Wait. There's railroad tracks that head directly into an abandoned shell of a building? Why isn't Hollywood calling? I smell "Die Hard XVII".
That or you could wait until dark and refilm the final scene of the Blair Witch Project there.
Some vacant lots are about as overgrown as the woods in that movie.
