Per NBCsports.com, this is 36 year old Travis Parmalee of Jacksonville who had just been tasered by police at the Players Championship golf tournament in Ponte Vedre Beach, Florida Friday.
Apparently Travis had been drunk and belligerent on the 11th hole and was heckling golfers. And not at even Tiger Woods who is in the tournament!
This Travis is not too bright. If you are going to get tased and arrested, at least get in a "Hit the hole!" heckle at Tiger right before he putts or something. Get your money's worth!
Tasering is really coming on from what I can see. I wonder if this is the new standard in partying. You know like, you haven't partied until you've been tasered.*

*Actually I have seen some drivers on the road that should be tasered.
