I saw that movie once. It's "Gargoyles"!
They come out of a cave after having been sleeping for many years. There's a seen where a character is lying in bed and the gargolye pops up at the foot of his bed, over him.
I couldn't sleep for months after seeing that.
I am envious as have never seen.
