I'm a pretty big Kansas fan, saw them play one of the tracks off this live once. It was not up to the standards of their then current work. Walsh has never been shy about how impressed he is with himself. He remains bitter to this day that his work outside of Kansas has never sold.
I remember seeing him play keyboards for Cheap Trick about twenty years ago (the band even introduced him) and I remember thinking "What happened to Kansas?"
