So where was Captain Marvel when Harvard's Alan Dershowitz was justifying the legal basis for torture after 9/11? That's when he was needed!
Was unaware of this as I know Dershowitz is a social "liberal" * but again googled it and see this now.
*Hate to label people but it is convenient in short conversations like this.
