Well, I guess feeding the spirit ought to do the trick… Maybe a full spirit will take the mind of an empty stomach.
That said… sadly, I do feel there are far too many folks using the good services of food banks as free grocery stores.
I have bought many a meal for a homeless individual and they paint a different picture than that of what I see in line waiting at some of the food banks in my neck of the woods.
