I wonder if she'll go back to Italy voluntarily or if they'll have to extradict her?
I quite doubt she will go back voluntarily and I suspect the big issue is whether the United States will contest any extradition. I bet there are some goverment lawyers reviewing the very fine print of the extradition treaty between Italy and the United States right now.
