Yes but they still make them. I have a t-shirt given to me just a few years ago.
It's easy to get Hartford Whalers stuff ... but then, I live in Connecticut. They are gone but not forgotten.
I suspect that is a Dave Keon jersey. I think that would be early 1980's vintage. They removed the cartoon whale from the shoulder at some point not too long after.
