Holy moly!
That's hysterical, and I suppose if I were smarter, I could make some joke about gun control.
"No laws against it," sounds like they're saying, "Yes we know what you're thinking, but no, as a matter of fact, it IS legal!"
As a kid, I know I absolutely would have wanted anything that advertised "No Laws Against It"
